In particular, he excels at prosecuting utility and design patent applications in the chemical, electrical, mechanical, and software arts. He also prepares legal opinions related to patentability, infringement, patent validity, and freedom to practice. Additionally, AJ is a licensed patent attorney with the USPTO.
Gopal Gannamraj is an associate with SpencePC and focuses his practice on all areas of intellectual property. More specifically, he concentrates his practice on prosecution, litigation, licensing, and strategizing with clients regarding patents in the electrical, mechanical, chemical, and software arts.
Matt Wilkerson is a law clerk at SpencePC. He earned his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University in Biology. While at Bucknell, his studies were focused on virology, micro biodiversity, and genetics. Mr. Wilkerson earned his graduate degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. While at Northwestern, Mr. Wilkerson worked on a medical device startup, Stage.5, developing technology for early detection of pressure ulcers.
Kristin has over twenty years’ experience in all aspects of complex litigation from case inception through appeal, including the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
