Nellie C. Stoeckel brings over 20 years of trial and case management experience to SpencePC. Her early career concentrated in commercial litigation, securities fraud, and multi-district products liability cases. Since 2006, she has specialized in intellectual property and patent litigation.
As a seasoned paralegal for large, complex cases in both state and federal courts, Nellie’s expertise is wide-ranging and encompasses all aspects of case and trial management: e-discovery, fact research and analysis, client interviews, trial team supervision, and on-site, courtroom supervision.
More recently Nellie has appeared before Chicago municipal judges on behalf of clients. While working alongside notable litigators of the firms in her prior career experience, Nellie acquired an affinity for research, analysis, and strategizing that culminated in her obtaining a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School where she graduated in 2015.
