Matthew Wilson is an associate with Spence PC. He has extensive experience assisting clients in all areas of litigation. His practice is primarily focused on Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation. He also counsels clients in trademark issues– including trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement.
Mr. Wilson received in J.D., as well his M.B.A. from Emory University in 2015. In fact, he became the first (and only) person to graduate from the Emory University School of Law and the Goziueta Business School with both degrees in only three years. While attending Emory University, Mr. Wilson was actively involved in moot court and was a member of the two-man team that won the 2014 National Baseball Arbitration Competition. In addition, Mr. Wilson received his Transactional Law and Skills Certificate. At Emory, Mr. Wilson served as the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Wilson received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Prior to joining SpencePC, Mr. Wilson spent two and a half years practicing at a boutique litigation firm where he assisted clients in Medical Malpractice and General Liability litigation in Chicago, IL.
